BCP has constructed a 105 room, six story, concrete and steel modular hotel under the Comfort Inn and Suites brand in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. It opened in Summer 2018
Fox Creek Econolodge
BCP has proven its concrete and steel construction technique with this completely modular off-site built 45 room hotel in the town of Fox Creek, Alberta
Aspen Villas
Located in the north end of Three Hills, AB, Aspen Villas is a 50+ condiminium complex. Each unit comes with an attached garage.
Six duplexes, totalling twelve units, make up the complex. There is a common room located in the complex for residents to use for larger gatherings. The fenced in community is located on the east side of 6th Ave N, in Three Hills, AB
BONNYVILLE COMFORT INN AND SUITES
This 85 room hotel with a hot tub and steam room was built by BCP beginning in August 2014, and the Hotel opened June 2015

This 12 unit addition to the Linden Lodge Supportive Living Residence included single car garages for each unit and a common area

Located directly off Highway 2, this hotel (now a Days Inn) was built and operated by BCP in 2008
