HOTEL PENTICTON
BCP has completely remodeled this 1960’s build with an expanded lobby, fitness room, meeting room, and patio, as well as modernized rooms and pool. Plans for a 40 room expansion are in process with expected construction in 2023

This 85 room, 6 storey, modular hotel in Revelstoke, BC is surrounded by the beautiful Columbia Mountains
JASPER - ASPEN GARDENS ROW HOMES
This project is an infill development with 21 concrete and steel modular row homes located in Jasper National Park
North Battleford Comfort Inn and Suites
This 105 room, six storey, concrete and steel, modular hotel opened under the Comfort Inn and Suites brand in North Battleford, Saskatchewan in 2018
BCP Modular Plant
In 2015 a new office was added to the recently purchased modular plant. In 2018 the plant was extended by 23,000 square feet and additional sea-can storage was included. In 2021 the plant was sold to Emerge Modular Ltd.
Fox Creek Econo Lodge
Built completely offsite, this 45 room hotel was shipped one module at a time and assembled in Fox Creek, Alberta in 2016
BONNYVILLE COMFORT INN AND SUITES
This 85 room hotel, complete with a games room, fitness centre, and available meeting room, opened in June 2015
Aspen Villas
Aspen Villas is a 50 plus condo complex containing 6 duplexes. Each unit comes with an attached garage and back garden. The fenced community includes a common room for residents to use for larger gatherings
Linden Lodge Expansion
This 12 unit addition to the Linden Lodge Supportive Living Residence includes a single car garage for each unit and a large common room

This 85 room Comfort Inn and Suites was completed in 2013 and is located just off highway 43 in Fox Creek, Alberta
VIRDEN COMFORT INN AND SUITES
Located along the Trans-Canada highway in Virden Manitoba, this 60 room hotel marks BCP’s farthest project as a general contractor. It opened in 2011
THREE HILLS SHOW HOME
Built to be long-lasting and luxurious, this spacious home has many unique amenities including a built in whole-home audio system, theatre room, steam room, walk-out basement, three car garage, and an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms

Completed in 2010 and BCP’s first hotel under the Choice Hotel’s Comfort Inn and Suites brand, this hotel in the resort town of Sylvan Lake, Alberta is a wonderful vacation stop

Located directly off Highway 2, this hotel (now a Days Inn) was built and operated by BCP in 2008 in Innisfail, Alberta
